The ACLU’s AIDS Lawsuit

Sometimes I feel like I’m on another planet.

Check out these tweets from the ACLU:

BREAKING: We’re suing Tennessee for their “aggravated prostitution” statute that targets people with HIV with harsh punishment and lifetime sex offender registration. This law is unconstitutional and disproportionately affects Black and transgender women.

The law elevates engaging in sex work from a misdemeanor to a felony based on someone’s HIV status – a protected disability.

People who are convicted must register as violent sex offenders for the rest of their lives, restricting their access to housing, employment, and social services.

Instead of criminalizing HIV, which disproportionately targets people who are already socially and financially marginalized, lawmakers should invest in evidence-based public health support for people with HIV. Tennessee, we’ll see you in court.

I find this shit criminally insane.

These scumbags are basically saying that negro and tranny whores disproportionately have AIDS and they should not get in trouble if they spread their AIDS to people who don’t have AIDS.

The Tennessee law is, evidently, sound and unassailable for anyone with a brain. AIDS shouldn’t be allowed to spread like that.

Here’s my solution to this grave problem: every whore caught with AIDS – man or woman – rots in a cold prison cell.

We take these particular whores off the streets and there won’t be so much AIDS.

But we live on Planet Moron, so that’s not going to happen.
